SPORTS RELIEF 2016

On Friday 18th March 2016 Pirton Hill Primary joined thousands of children across the country to support Sport Relief. Despite the cold the children and staff participated in a range of activities to raise money for this amazing cause.

Throughout the day the children comepted in the following activities:

Sports Relief Mile
Pedometer Challenge
Dance-a-thon
Class-challenge

Plus a range of sports based activities in class.

Well done to everyone that took place and the school raised over £750.

A big THANK YOU to the staff at Bramingham Sainsburys for visiting the school and supporting the hard work of the children.

The children worked hard with the dance teachers from New Generation Youth Theatre group (please follow them at @ngyt_uk) to create a dance that they would perform at the end of the day as a whole school.
