Today was the first competition of the 2019-2020 season and all the staff couldn`t be prouder of our amazing children. Once again every child gave everything they had to achieve and succeed at probably the toughest event of the year the Cross Country.
A heartfelt thankyou to all of the children who competed, it was a pleasure to watch you train and then compete, to all the parents and families who came to support and to the fantastic Pirton staff for attending.
As I watch the World Athletics championship I truly believe that we have the next Dina Asher-Smith, Katarina Johns-Thompson or Adam Gemili at Pirton Hill.
