Vegfest Competition

Today, the Vegfest Competition was held at Stockwood Park Discovery Centre.  Five children represented Pirton Hill and Gardening Club in true Pirton Hill Style.  They were well behaved, polite and joined in all the activities with a smile.  We came back to school with two awards; Winner of Best Main Crop Potato and Highly Commended for Best White Gem Parsnip.  The two certificates and trophy, as well as lots of photographs of the Vegfest Competition and Gardening Club, will be on display in school for you to see at the forthcoming Parents Consultation.   Well done to everyone involved for a great achievement and another Pirton Hill success.
